YOUR TEAM.

The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for the support needs of the SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud ecosystem and Finance teams based on their requests. This will extend to supporting other areas of the practice management as well as supporting affiliates as needed. This includes but is not limited to: Business Analyst activities such as leading discovery and compiling all requisite artifacts and possibly leading a project.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Document "business problem" to be solved and complete current state analysis and lead requirements gathering exercise through discovery sessions
  • Contribute to project plan creation and assist in identifying phase gates
  • Assist in development of documentation and training materials as well as business user training and IT/Technology training; Update, implement and maintain business process documentation
  • Provide advice, troubleshooting and guidance for end user support; Identify areas for Automation of manual processes and data analytics reporting
  • Conduct meetings and deliver presentations; gather critical information to produce useful reports
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, including recommendations (that use analytics to support them)
  • Understand and communicate the financial, risk and operational impact of any changes
  • Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Business Analyst processes including: elicitation, documentation (creation/updating), compiling/completing/maintaining project artifacts, Understanding and completing the RFI/RFP process
  • Manage relationship with Managed Services vendor and Implementation Firm
  • Coordinate with Managed Services on Upgrades/Releases, project planning, performance and reliability, and other activities, including regression testing
  • Negotiate with vendors for better pricing/terms
  • Provide Tier 3 support (pre-managed services) of designed solutions; Participation in cross training other team members where the functional lead is an SME
  • Partner with teams to create micro learning videos for user/employee consumption. This includes defining the steps and providing the scripts to create the content.
  • Serve as backup to other team members to backfill during peak periods, PTO, etc.
  • Partner with manager on fiscal year discovery with TBD tasks/initiatives within the PMT department
  • Act as the SME for the applications and process in the primary functional areas
  • Lead, Support and Administer SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud (Project Systems, Order to Cash, and FICO) and other applications in the SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud ecosystem technology stack (either directly or partnering with other team members) and enhancement elicitation and documenting specifications for developers
  • Manage business combination integrations into SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer or business-related field (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis; IIBA Certification and/or PMP Certification a plus
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Visio; Proficient in Process Flow Analysis and Diagrams
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycle methodologies
  • Familiar with Project Management methodology; Familiar with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including ability to discuss technical topics with non-technical audiences
  • Detail oriented, planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and actively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
  • Experience working with SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud ecosystem and/or Finance as it relates to industry expertise, processes, and operations is a plus
  • Knowledge and expertise in SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud ecosystem and Finance applications is a plus
