Description

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve products, with a focus on plastic and injection molded components.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform product development strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on product development and project management.
  • Strong experience with plastic and injection molding processes.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

  • Base salary $120,000 - $150,000 depending on level of experience
  • Hybrid flexibility - work from home 2x a week if desired
  • 3 weeks PTO, plus 1 week of sick time
  • Bonus incentive based on personal metrics & site performance - 10% target
