Job description

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Deerfield, IL. As a key member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This hybrid role offers competitive compensation ($31.00-$34.00/hour) over a 6 month contract period.

Hybrid Work Schedule: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite in Deerfield, IL

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Book meeting rooms, arrange travel, and provide logistical support for interviews.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries.

  • Lead candidates through the post-offer process, including background checks and onboarding paperwork.

  • Collaborate with recruiters to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the hiring process.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting processes.



Pay Details: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour
