Accounting and Consolidations Manager

Our client, a growing private equity company is looking to hire a Corporate Accounting and Consolidations Manager. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. It will focus on complex technical transactions in addition to consolidations. Great opportunity to make an impact with a growing company.

What you will do as an Accounting and Consolidations Manager:

  • Assist with month end close
  • Prepare cash flow statements
  • Consolidations
  • Work with external auditors
  • Provide in depth analysis on Financial Statements with commentary on variances for leadership
  • Assist with process improvements for BU Financial Reporting and KPI's
  • System expert of consolidations tool
  • Manage staff

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting and Consolidations Manager:

  • 6+ years of previous accounting experience
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge
  • Consolidations experience
  • Experience with D365, plus Onestream, Oracle EPM, IBM Cognos, or a similar consolidations tool
  • CPA preferred
  • Super user of Excel
  • Private equity experience
