Job description

Manage all tax aspects, including Federal and State income, sales tax, property tax, and foreign tax returns. Must also assist the Tax Director in Tax planning and help with special projects as required.

Description

They key responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Management of Federal and State Income and franchise tax.
• Management of Sales Tax, Property Tax, VAT tax functions.
• Manage the preparation of Foreign Tax Returns.
• Prepare estimated tax payments.
• Assist with all tax audits.
• Review indirect tax workpapers prepared by staff.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Master's degree in Accounting or Tax
• CPA Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• 5-10 years of experience of a mix of corp and indirect tax.
