Accounts Payable Specialist

About The Organization:

• This organization is a leading manufacturer for food ingredients and they are looking to add on to their already growing accounting/finance operation
• The person in this role will start out in a standard Accounts Payable role but will eventually be groomed to tackle more responsibility as the company likes to grow internally
• The Accounting Manager described the atmosphere as "family oriented" and "close-knit," most of the current crew there is long tenured
• Great work life balance, supervisor's are very cognizant of personal factors in employee's lives and will be flexible on schedule

Overview of Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will scan and enter invoices into QuickBooks
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will research and resolve any discrepancies
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle issuing of payments to vendors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• MUST have QuickBooks
