Job Overview
ABA Clinical Director is a key leadership role that includes strategic planning, auditing, oversight, implementation, development, and training of new and current employees, systems, policies, procedures, and overall drive for the company's success. Will have the skills, confidence, and unique ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business and manage the day-to-day issues that arise. Hybrid scheduling available with work out of our Libertyville, & Crystal Lake, IL Clinics.
Liaison to COO of MTC services and Clinics Director when they are not present.
Attend Monthly meetings with Clinic Managers and Clinics Director to ensure consistency, collaboration and follow through.
Work closely with COO of MD and ABA Services, Director of HR, to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
Engage, mentor, manage ( 10-12) and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling a client caseload of up to 5 clients. ( caseloads and managing direct based on business needs may increase temporary) meeting billable hour requirement of 28 hours per week.
Supervises up to 10 BCBA's or Graduate Students (1x a month at minimum)
Ensure consistency of the delivery of training, processes, and adherence of company policies, by attending Clinic Leadership meetings for each respective clinic weekly (2 hours total).
Ensure that knowledge and efficiency get maintained across all operating platforms.
Ability to remain committed to compliance with all internal policies and legal regulations in every area of the organization's daily activities, including fostering development of short and long-term plans, policies, and guidelines in this area.
Conduct and oversee periodic audits of MTC required documentation within region.
Conduct stay Interviews (1 per week) and developed employee feedback data for leadership.
Conducts weekly Audits of Therapy Notes and ensuring completion/conversion.
Conducts monthly Audit of BCBA Productivity.
Conducts monthly audit of enrolled and discharged clients per clinic in both states.
Conducts BCBA interviews and tours.
Analyze, audit billable hours within departments to align with company's growth and maximation of staff to meet companies' financial goals.
Updating ABA clinical manuals with all current protocols, policies and procedures and making sure documentation is current.
Conducts auditing offboarding of ABA clients in EMR systems to ensure clients/staff are active and discharged and adjusted accordingly.
Ensuring ABA treatment plans make deadlines with insurance and coordinate with billing any additional follow up.
Conducts weekly and monthly auditing of aba client scheduled hours per clinic in both states.
Meet with COO of MTC Services Monthly and reports ABA trends, concerns, highlights etc.
Escalate systemic and/or critical problems and recommend appropriate solutions to senior management for immediate and long-term resolution.
Communicate effectively and compassionately with families, staff, and colleagues.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

Experience
Master's degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
