Duties:
  • Partner with senior management to achieve and maximize growth and profitability of business unit.
  • Analyze financial results and explain key findings and variances to senior management.
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and US GAAP for division financial reporting.
  • Ensure adequate internal controls over accounting and financial reporting in accordance with SOX guidelines.
  • Oversee revenue recognition during monthly close process.
  • Report and analyze key metrics to improve business performance.
  • Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and business plans.
  • Promote continuous improvement of the planning process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their functions.
  • Review pricing/margin proposals and assist in solutions where margin constraints exist.
  • Review terms of lease, supplier, customer and other contracts and support negotiations.
  • Participate in analysis of acquisitions, due diligence, and integration into business unit.
  • Contribute elements of monthly management reporting package.

What You'll Need:

  • Advanced degree in business, accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10 or more years' experience in senior accounting and financial functions, with at least a portion of the years in manufacturing.
  • Electronic components experience highly desired.
  • Oracle experience a plus.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.
  • Proven experience achieving organizational objectives through collaboration and leading teams of individuals who are not direct reports.
  • Ability to travel globally 20% of the time.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication.
