Description: Responsible for all Regional Rehabilitation Admission Intake functions including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, confirming appropriateness for admission into Gottlieb's Post-Acute Rehab Services. The individual conveys a professional and positive image of Loyola Medicine during interactions with patients, families, physicians, staff members, and internal departments. The individual provides service reflective of the mission, vision, and values of Loyola Medicine

We seek colleagues with:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Required: 3 years of previous nursing experience in Adult Acute Care, Emergency Triage, or Patient Placement experience.
