Job description

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of demonstrated experience with handling highly confidential information.

  • 3 or more years of experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Some event planning experience.

  • Experience working with upper-level management.

  • Must be well organized.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Highly personable, adaptive learner, and motivated to proactively complete assigned responsibilities.

  • Prioritize skills and experiences from most important to least.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent work experience.

    Responsibilities:

  • Directly support 4 Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors

  • Act as a support resource for all employees in the Global Supply Management and Logistics organization.

  • Perform a full range of administrative support duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars on behalf of

    managers.

  • Gather, create, and maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.

  • Update and maintain databases.

  • Support project work as needed.

  • Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL.
