Job description

Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience in Illinois-based personal injury and workers' compensation law on the plaintiff side. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of these areas, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and workers' compensation cases from initial consultation through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address their concerns.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to offer accurate and effective legal advice.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience handling personal injury and workers' compensation cases on the plaintiff side.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Illinois legal procedures and regulations in these areas.
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a client-focused approach.
