Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has an immediate need for a Principal Facilities Representative located in Rolling Meadows, IL. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities. Creation of purchasing requisitions for facilities organization Processing of workflows in SAP Vendor management including onboarding and yearly upkeep Purchase order conflict resolution and problem solving Approval administrator for various procurement streams Procurement of supplies and materials Scheduling of vendor work Liaison between vendors and Northrop Grumman
Basic Qualifications: 5 years of experience with Bachelors; OR 3 years with a Master's; or an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree. Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications: SAP experience Concur experience Sharepoint experience CMMS software Tableau Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong Microsoft software background with exceptional excel skills Financial acumen Ability to troubleshoot complex problems Attention to detail Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple prioritiesSalary Range: $84,600 - $127,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
