ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

What you will do as a Account Receivable Clerk :

• Receptionist duties as needed - answering phone and greeting guests
• Invoicing, online billing and posting payments, cash deposits, credit memos, collection calls, freight charges, customer calls and credit card billing
• Process credit due customers for product returns and billing returns
• Process cash receipts, credits, debits, and invoices on assigned days
• Post accounts receivables data on daily basis
• Perform various accounting duties including ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications of the Account Receivable Clerk:

• 1+ years of previous AR experience
• Open to new grad
• Strong technical knowledge
• Associates degree or higher
• Manufacturing experience preferred
