Our client, well-respected manufacturing organization in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago is looking for an AP Supervisor to join and lead their Accounts Payable team. This person will have an extensive background in manufacturing and experience in working with a high volume of invoices. Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of technology products. This person will work across many aspects of the company and will have exposure to their parent company's worldwide footprint. The company bolsters a great work environment.

Specific responsibilities of the AP Supervisor include:

• Management of the Accounts Payable staff processors
• Preparing and performing performance reviews
• Provide training for staff and their customers
• Document preparation for Accounts Payable for the month end close and journal entries
• Participate and implement optimization of process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications of the AP Supervisor:

• Must have minimum of 5 years AP experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• 3-way match experience
• Must be a great communicator

Salary: $100,000k
