ACTIVE US DoD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is currently seeking a Systems Analyst at Scott AFB, IL delivering effective IT solutions and services to the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and federal civilian agencies as they modernize their information systems. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in the use of the Maintenance Information System (MIS) Field Maintenance Command and Control (FMxC2/G081) and is ready to train others. Expected travel of 50% of the time. Job Responsibilities: Conducts on-site unit level training in the use of WebG081, Global Reach, Info-Assist+, Jira and other programs/tools within the FMxC2/G081 Maintenance Information System (MIS) environment. Plans, develops, implements and sustains technical training materials/programs for WebG081, Global Reach, Info-Assist+ and other areas pertaining to the FMxC2/G081 MIS for customers, employees and/or other field support personnel; Training materials may include standard, repeatable, customized and new product modules. Engages FMxC2 units to schedule and organize on-site training events on a recurring basis; Maintain historical record of all visits to forecast units eligible for initial/recurring visit; Coordinates and schedules multi-unit events, when applicable. Provides over-the-shoulder work center training to users at all levels in the use of the FMxC2 suite of programs/tools as applicable to their duties and responsibilities; Recommends, coordinates and facilitates mass training events. Develops, manages, and coordinates long-range travel planning forecasts; Researches all associated costs to develop and submit annual forecasted travel expenditures; Updates forecasts quarterly to track actual expenditures and provide updates to leadership. Plans travel in support of training and FMxC2 supported events for Field Support & Training (FST) team members; Procures all travel and lodging accommodations; Drafts and submits requests for travel approval and provides post-travel cost updates. Continuously revises lesson plans and training products to ensure all materials reflect product features, meet new training requirements and remain up to date with new technical information; Develops non-standard training materials (i.e., videos, quick guides, checklists) for key processes, as needed. Obtains information from customers, technical organizations and engineering pertaining to software and product requirements to prepare training materials/programs. Coordinates and/or provides support for FMxC2 Program Office events (i.e., annual FMxC2 users event, various technology exhibits, etc.). Acts as a SME for the FMxC2/G081 MIS; Participates in FMxC2 Program Management Reviews to provide field-level insight to current program enhancements and new program development. Ensures all applicable Mission Innovate and All Points Logistics, LLC deliverables are updated and/or provided as specified by the contract on time. Performs Action Officer (AO) duties as needed in support of various FMxC2 and FMxC2 supported events and taskings. Position requires travel (CONUS and OCONUS) an average of 15 days per month. Position is on-site at Scott AB, IL; No remote option. Computer Skills: Working with various forms of computer technology is a necessity to include MS Office and using custom software. Direct Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a FMxC2/G081 user within the past 5 years. Physical Fitness - Extended periods of sitting at a workstation is expected. Walking to nearby locations in inclement weather is common. Standing for extended periods during training can be expected. Customer Service - Must possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Interfacing with customers and FMxC2 users on-site to make sure their information and training requirements are met is a major responsibility. Organization Skills - Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. Attention to Detail - Must possess excellent document review and editing skills to ensure continuity of information and document formatting. Possess a current US passport and/or eligible to obtain one immediately upon hire US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Active and current SECRET clearance EDUCATION: BA/BS, or HS diploma/AA with 3-5 years experience YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 Years SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: Experience as a military FMxC2/G081 user Experience in Mobility or other military aircraft maintenance Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for maintenance and development of training aides and materials SECURITY CLEARANCE: US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED ACTIVE AND CURRENT US DoD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED Positions with All Points are Full-time, Direct, and we offer a full benefit package.
