Job description

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits

We are looking to grow out team with a few great new members.

Your duties will include:


  • Providing client support services on wide range of products and services
  • Assisting clients choose the best policies with the most appropriate carriers
  • Providing top notch customer service in order to market renewal business
  • Preparing pre-renewal information and documents
  • Marketing new business from referrals and prospective clients
  • Assisting agents prepare applications, quotes and detailed proposals
  • Entering and updating client data in the company's database
  • Acting as the liaison between clients and carriers, and ensuring that carriers have the materials they require to provide coverage
  • Following up on transactions to ensure that policies are properly issued and meet the needs of your clients

The skills and experience required for this position include:


  • At least three years of commercial lines insurance experience
  • Related experience with Auto Dealerships and/or Transportation Carriers

With:


  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills
