Your New Role:

  • Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care
  • Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
  • Setting: Rural primary care clinic
  • Schedule: Flexible work week of 4 longer days or 4.5 days per week; no call
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of strong primary care experience required
  • Patient Population: All ages, mainly primary care with some walk-ins, 18-20 patients per day

  • Competitive Edge: Base salary starting at $100,000 and up DOE, with potential total compensation of $115,000 - $140,000 once up and running

In this Role:

You will be working as an NP/PA in a rural primary care clinic in Pike County, IL. This role involves providing high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults. You will be seeing 18-20 patients per day, primarily focusing on primary care with some walk-ins. You will work closely with a physician who has been with the practice for years, ensuring continuity of care and a supportive working environment. The clinic operates with great support staff, allowing you to focus on patient care without the burden of call duties. This position offers a flexible work schedule of either 4 longer days or 4.5 days per week, providing a good work-life balance. Your compensation includes a competitive base salary, guaranteed bonus in the first year, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
