Job Title: Functional Trainer (GATES) Qualifications and Experience: Required: Ability to gain and maintain a SECRET clearance. Experience providing training for DoD users in a classroom environment. Experience providing feedback for DoD personnel during training exercises. Possess GATES experience at a Tier II/III functional level. Preferred: GATES Surface/Water experience.
Experience in GATES functional testing.

Incumbents may perform any other related duties within the scope of the contract PWS. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Possess a DoD Secret clearance at work performance start date and maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract. Work Environment: Normal hours for conducting business between the hours of 0800 to 1700 Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Personnel work schedules may be "flexed" to meet SDDC Mobile Training Team and exercise requirements. Physical Demands: Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time while delivering training. Be capable of lifting and moving electronic equipment more than 40lbs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
