Job description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled contract worker to assist our team in drafting Quality Test Procedures for Pre Compliance hardware testing in Honeywell System Sensor. This role is crucial in NPI product validation process.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting & Performing Quality Test Procedures:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand current processes and requirements.
Develop clear and comprehensive Quality Test Procedures tailored to Honeywell Fire Division's products.
Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Honeywell's quality management system.
Perform tests in accordance with the procedures drafted to ensure test procedures are correct and yield correct results.

Documentation Review:
Review existing documentation and procedures for accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
Identify gaps or areas for improvement in current Quality Procedures.

Process Improvement Recommendations:
Provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within Quality Procedures.
Propose updates or new procedures to reflect best practices and technological advancements in fire safety and AV technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Compliance.
Conduct review meetings to gather input and feedback on draft procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all drafted procedures, revisions, and approvals.
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing progress, findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree/ Bachelor's degree (Electronics)
Knowledge on Electronics/ Electrical concepts and related field
Proven experience in drafting Quality Procedures, ideally within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory standards (e.g., UL, FM), and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.



Pay Details: $23.19 per hour
