As an Assistant Preschool Principal (Assistant Center Director), you will be responsible for supporting the Preschool Principal (Center Director) with the overall operations of our school, including budgeting, staffing, classroom support, marketing, enrollment growth, staff and family engagement, community engagement, and maintaining DCFS regulations.
Employment Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintain validation of required credentials for the position.
- Complies with all state-specific education requirements. Must have one of the following:

- Bachelor's degree including 21 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
- Associate degree including 21 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field.
- and 3 credit hours in business management, childcare management, or a closely related field OR a level 1 Illinois Director's Credential.
