Full-time position

Qualifications:
Ability to organize and supervise a work crew
Maintenance/mechanical skills a plus
Able to move/lift objects at least 50 pounds
Valid driver's license
Prior custodial experience preferred

Duties:
1: Assumes general performance responsibilities of a custodian
2: Supervises work of the building custodians during the evening shift, verifying and evaluating the quality and quantity of work performed to that of established standards
3: Provides positive leadership to personnel assigned to the facility
4: Assumes overall evening responsibilities for the secruity of the building, such as but not limiting to alarming the building
5: Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment
6: Remains on the school premises during school hours and providing a positive working relationship
7: Responsible for event set-up and take-downs
8: Reports any damages to school property immediately to the building principal, or Director of Buildings and Grounds
9: Assist in snow removal
10: Other duties assigned

Compensation:
Per Westmont Custodial and Maintenance Association Contract
