Oracle Business Analyst
Position Summary:

The Oracle Business Analyst is responsible for the use and improvement of the Oracle EBS suite for the connected business systems. This individual will lead and coordinate system planning, define and design various solutions for multiple business needs, and work with teams of managers, end users, IT department members and vendors. The position requires the ability to work and communicate across the IT organization as well as globally and virtually with all levels of the organization including executives, manufacturing, and all functional teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead software development lifecycle including analysis, gathering requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support for Finance and Accounting applications.
• Design applications focused on accounting and finance while collaborating with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain departments.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving programs for increased integrity, efficiency and performance within the organization.
• Support execution of application changes, ensuring compliance and quality standards are part of deployment.
• Respond to, anticipate, and resolve customer needs while providing a high level of customer service
• Build relationships throughout the organization becoming a trusted business partner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a manufacturing business field AND certification in Oracle EBS or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in Oracle EBS for discrete manufacturing a plus.
• Five (5) years of global experience in a manufacturing environment developing for Oracle EBS for Financial & Accounting Applications
• Experience improving Oracle EBS, problem solving, and developing requirement specifications.
• Experience leading and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Experience working in teams to design, test and deploy solutions.
• Experience working with Business Process Owners (BPO's) to support Oracle
• Professional experience with report development including Oracle Reports, Discoverer, and BI Publisher
• Professional experience with Forms Development is required
• Experienced with Add-on Applications including Web ADI, Spreadsheet Server, ConnectShip, SPS EDI, Esker.
• Knowledgeable in the areas of General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Management
• Experience/knowledge with OPTIO software documents is a big plus

• Must be able to travel 15% of the time, globally.
