Your main responsibilities as a Buyer would include:

1) Sourcing of new materials
2) Sourcing of new suppliers
3) Contract Negotiations
4) Cost Down Features
5) Finding new means of saving costs where possible

Preferred qualifications of the ideal Buyer:

1) 3+ years of translated experience - preference given to those in a manufacturing environment
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3) Ability to be adaptable to an ever-changing environment
4) Extreme attention to detail
5) Understanding of basic accounting concepts
