Job description
Job Title: Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer - II (Electronics Engineer, Except Computer) The Contractor shall provide and designate a project manager in Cellular Communications and Radio Frequency Engineer. The Cellular/RF Engineer shall be responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, design, direction and management of major projects related to technologies in the Cellular System at MCTC and overall RF Spectrum Engineering and management at MuTC and Camp Atterbury, IN with respect to the MCTC Multidomain operations. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, or Spectrum Management Certifications, or related discipline or minimum experience listed below.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in Cellular System Operations and Spectrum Management.
The Contractor shall possess experience with various cellular frequencies and coordinating with license owners.
The Contractor shall possess experience with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing Applications or other FCC licensing applications.
The Contractor shall possess experience coordinating and deconflicting spectrum with the customer to facilitate training objectives.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
