Application must include a Letter of Intent to relocate if necessary Job Title: Program Manager (PM) - (GENERAL AND OPERATIONS MANAGERS) Essential Job Functions: The Program Manager will perform overall management of the Contractor effort, including directing all Contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting. Conduct tours and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders; represent the Program at various national level working groups and planning conferences; and conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels.
Education: Master's degree (in desired field) or equivalent experience.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or possessing Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
Experience: Minimum 10 yr. experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise level technology management with minimum 2yrs of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology program.
Senior level DoD experience is defined as experience as a military field grade officer or above OR as a senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above OR experience as a DoD civilian at a paygrade of GS13 or higher OR as a Defense Industry Civilian professional with at least 10 years of experience working with Senior level DoD personnel.
Shall be knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of the MuTC - Cyber Program.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.

Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files; knowledge management

Work Environment: Normal hours for conducting business between the hours of 0800 to 1700, with personnel schedules staggered to allow for classroom availability between the hours of 0700 to 1800 Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
