Description SAIC is seeking a System Administrator to support the US Navy in Crane, IN. JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected applicant will serve as the Windchill PDMLink administrator for the Airborne Crew Served Weapons Branch. JOB RESPONSIBILITES: The selected applicant will serve as the Windchill PDMLink administrator for the Airborne Crew Served Weapons Branch. The administrator will be responsible for: Managing project initiatives related to the integration of the Windchill application with Creo Parametric modeling software as well as Arbortext technical authoring application Custom launch scripts to ensure connectivity between the modeling software and model database Manage permissions and authorities for the different groups accessing technical data Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience performing System Administrator for the DoD. Additional years of industry experience in lieu of degree will be accepted. Ideal candidate would possess minimum two years' experience operating, testing, administration, or maintaining Windchill PDMLink systems. Able to work independently and be detail oriented. Multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external. In-depth knowledge of DoD information Assurance requirements to provide support in implanting policies and procedures. Interim secret required to start with the ability to obtain secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process. Must be a U.S. Citizen. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
