Job Description: Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our established Behavioral Health Program. Interested candidate will join a busy, collegial outpatient practice including seven psychiatrists of which three are Adult Psychiatrists, four are Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists, and three Nurse Practitioners. Well-established practice Schedule: Monday " Friday. 8:30 a.m. " 5:30 p.m. Two late evenings per week, 11:30 a.m. " 8:00 p.m. Weekend Call: 1:8 New inpatient rounding only No Evening Call Tele-Psych covers night call during week and on weekends Average outpatient volume: 20 patients per day Telehealth is offered Compensation: Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives Generous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages Paid malpractice 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability ?Community: Thirty minutes southeast of downtown Chicago The cities are part of the Chicago metropolitan area, while still maintaining a rural and suburban feel.
