We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Evansville, IN to help us continue our mission of empowering individuals and their families.

Position Overview:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans and programming for our clients. The BCBA will work closely with a team of therapists, educators, and family members to ensure the effective delivery of services and to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve social skills.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers and support staff on behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong data collection and medical records management skills
- People management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
