We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. The successful candidate will ensure that the IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the IT department, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
• Monitor and manage the company's network, servers, and computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Ensure the security of IT systems by implementing robust security measures and responding to security incidents.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
• Train and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux operating systems and various software applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
