The Office Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with vendors and account holders from all corners of the globe.
  • Working side by side with sales teams to ensure business accuracy.
  • Data entry and various administrative tasks.
  • Continuous process/ relationship improvement with external accounts and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred, not required.
  • 3 or more years in a customer service or client facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, does not need to be an expert.
  • Having a sales sense of urgency mentality.
Annual salary up to $50k
