Auburn Village in Auburn, IN, just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne, has a Full-Time Immediate Opening for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - 8 Hour Shift NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR - 5 DAYS A WEEK PLUS ON-CALL ROTATION ONLY EVERY 7 WEEKS! HOURS CAN BE FLEXIBLE AS LONG AS 8 CONSECUTIVE HOURS ARE WORKED.

Rates are $36 - 38 per hour depending on whether LPN or RN PLUS $4/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR NIGHTS!
SIGN ON BONUSES ARE PAID OUT HOURLY UP TO THE MAX AMOUNT:FULL-TIME RN'S GET $5.00/HR UP TO $10,000; FULL-TIME LPN'S GET $2.50/HR UP TO $5,000

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination and delivery of patient care and the application of the nursing process
Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
Supervise and lead CNAs & QMAs

Includes hourly sign-on bonus and is dependent on whether you are a RN or LPN, full, part-time or PRN and which Full or Part-Time NO benefit plan selected. Once the maximum sign-on bonus is paid, the base hourly rate will revert to the existing published rate at that time. Sign On Bonus not applicable to Weekend Baylor Program or PRN.

Requirements:

Requirements of the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Indiana
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Exceptional critical thinking skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
