Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Purpose: We are searching for candidates for our client. This role includes managing the Financial Services staff-comprising General Accounting and Patient Financial Services-and ensuring adherence to established policies regarding hiring, performance evaluation, discipline, and termination of staff. The CFO is a key member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team (SELT) and the Executive Council, as well as the Corporate Integrity Committee. This position also serves as Treasurer.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Financial Services staff, including General Accounting and Patient Financial Services.
• Draft and present the annual operating and capital budgets for approval by the President/CEO and Board.
• Establish and implement financial policies and procedures for the organization.
• Supervise Department Directors, including hiring, evaluating, and, if necessary, terminating staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on budgeting, financial performance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or CPA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
