About the Company and Opportunity:

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to assist in managing its day-to-day bookkeeping, administrative, and office maintenance responsibilities

  • The Office Manager will be an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the facility!

Overview of the Office Manager role:

  • Accounts payable - credit card payments, cash deposit, data entry
  • Bill, monitor, and collect account receivables
  • Maintain inventory records and office calendar
  • Journal entries to record and classify financial transactions
  • Balance and maintain accurate General Ledger, balance sheet, income statement
  • Ensure that supplies are requested, approved, and ordered according to policy
  • Manage new client set-up, filing, directory systems

Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important!
  • Strong customer relations abilities and great communication
  • Reliable multi-tasker, deadline-oriented
The Office Manager role is fully onsite in Goshen, Indiana.
Salary: $50,450.00 - $60,450.00
