Job description

We are the smallest skilled nursing facility in the area and have the smallest patient assignment.

As a QMA with The Laurels of Goshen, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our valued guests. If you have patience, compassion, and a desire to care for guests gently and empathetically, you will love this role.

We have four separate homes, each with 12 private rooms. It is very unique and designed to provide a phenomenal quality of life and foster a sense of family. Our nurses and CNAs have the lowest patient ratios and function as part of a family to help provide meal service, activities, laundry, and light housekeeping; allowing those providing care to spend quality time with the guests we care for.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Current QMA Certification
  • CPR certification
