We are seeking an excellent communicator and a medically sound leader who wants to make a big impact in a local community. Located near Indianapolis, we are supported by a good specialist team of physicians and nursing staff, what you would expect of a great community-based hospital. We have an open ICU, so experience with procedures including central lines and intubations is desired. We have a great and young physician leadership team.   • Full-time
  • Must be BC/BE competing certification within 5 years of residency completion
  • Full-time schedule is 7 days on/7 days off with no call after shift
  • We have three rotating shifts, all less than 12 hours in duration (8 hours, 10 hours, and 11 hours)
  • Average 12-15 inpatients per shift. Three full-time day hospitalists plus a nocturnist staffed daily. Full-time Hospitalist NP staffed Monday-Friday
  • Candidate must have skills to manage critical care patients on vents and be comfortable with procedures
  • Full-time tele-ICU coverage
