Main Responsibilities of Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Process and manage benefits administration, employee records, and new hire paperwork
  • Input and manage in HRIS system
  • Communicate benefit details to employees and help resolve any questions or issues regarding benefits
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll-related data and address employee payroll inquiries as needed

Qualifications for The Human Resources Coordinator:

  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Exposure to ADP is a plus
  • Must have very strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
