Are you an experienced Project Manager with knowledge in mechanical work? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid understanding of mechanical, piping, or plumbing trades to oversee commercial construction projects.

  • 10 years managing commercial & Industrial large mechanical piping projects
  • Construction Degree/Business Management Degree
  • Servant Leader

Core Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute Commercial Construction projects based on company values and objectives.
  • Assists on multiple projects, providing guidance to other project managers. Steps in to manage and assist on larger, more complex, and strategic projects.
  • Develop project solutions with a team-based approach.
  • Lead project teams to yield safe, consistent, profitable, and high-quality construction results.

Primary Duties


  • Develop and maintain good-standing relationships with our clients; provide timelyresponses and leveraging additional sales opportunities.
  • Formulate the high-performance project team
  • Consistently utilize companie's planning processes to establish and execute project plans.
  • Establish specific project goals with the project team and monitor those targets.
  • Assign project tasks as necessary to team members; clearly defining responsibilities and expectations. (For Example: Submittals, Purchasing, RFIs, Pre-Fab, Closeout, etc.)
  • Project Manager is ultimately responsible for all financial aspects of their projects. (For Example: Change Orders, Billings, Project Reviews, etc.)
  • Be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, and solving problems.
  • Ensure safe practices; be proactive in identifying project hazards to minimize risks.
  • Hold the project teams accountable; provide positive feedback or corrective action when appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
