OVERVIEW OF THE PURCHASING PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Manage supplier/vendor/partner procurement contract lifecycles, including negotiations, pricing structures, and delivery of various contracts covering a range of transactions
  • The Purchasing Procurement Coordinator will monitor contract utilization and compliance
  • Manage expiring/renewing contracts using contract management system
  • Ensure all contracts are fully executed and outline agreements are linked to Purchasing documents

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASING PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR:

  • 3 years' experience with contracting in a Purchasing environment or Supply Chain Management
  • Considerable knowledge of approved purchasing methods
  • The Purchasing Procurement Coordinator will analyze and evaluate bids, quotes, proposals and contracts

    Salary $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
    This role is fully onsite
