Job Description:

As a Clothier at Pearce Bespoke, you will be on the front lines of the client experience. Your role is to lead clients through a seamless journey from measurements to design, while understanding their needs and making recommendations that benefit them. You will strive to know your product well, connect with your clients, and show them how fun it is to create a custom piece. Once the finished products are ready, you will bring them to your client for the first fitting and handle any necessary alterations until the final fitting.

Key Responsibilities:

Host a minimum of one event per week and assist the sales manager in sourcing events by leveraging your own network.
Follow up on client leads, maintaining an organized client book.
Conduct first and second fittings in a timely fashion.
Attend weekly meetings with the sales manager and/or business owner to discuss sales scorecard orders, leads, and customer service issues.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and make tailored recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain a strong client network.
