Global Services Tech at Lilly provides solution delivery, release management, and service management capabilities for various functions across the enterprise such as Legal, Global Transparency, Ethics and Compliance, Travel and Expense, Records and Information Management, and Meetings Services.
This position located in Indianapolis, IN will serve as the Technical Business Integrator responsible for partnering with Lilly Ethics and Compliance business and IT organizations to accelerate business value delivery.
This position will report to the Director, Global Services - Enterprise Business Solution Tech at Lilly.
How You Will Succeed:
Deliver IT systems and data solutions to accelerate business value delivery.
Manage business stakeholder engagement and communication.
Partner with technical vendors to meet commitments as set in contracts and/or SLA and perform vendor risk assessments.
Manage scope and facilitate changes to achieve alignment across stakeholders.
Collaborate with business partners to transform requirements into user stories, manage the backlog, and oversee sprint execution.
Develop integrated project plans in partnership with team members ensuring work and dependencies are identified and risks mitigated.
Ensure compliance with data security standards for all appropriate systems
Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and technical solutions.
Partner closely with key IT groups to enable delivery including but not limited to Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Office, Cloud Computing, and UI/UX Teams.
Work closely with IT quality representative to drive toward a high degree of quality, compliance, and regulatory standards in the delivery of services and projects.
Build positive working relationships to ensure clear expectations and goals.
Your Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of IT experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in global program, project delivery, and operations.
Experience with at least one of these technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS), SalesForce, Veeva Solutions, PowerBI, ServiceNow, and JIR

Additional Information:
Minimal travel could be required.
