Requirements:

• IN License
• 3 years overall nursing experience
• Must have urology experience
• BLS
• Administer Chemo, Charge Nurse Experience
• Previous Charge Experience preferred
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred

Certification Requirements: BCLS
Skillset Requirements: MUST have urology experience, Administer Chemo, Charge Nurse Experience, Triage Preferred
Minimum Experience Required: 3 years overall nursing experience
Staffing Ratios: 1.5 Years
Unit Information: Assist with Cystoscopy, indwelling catheters, SPT changes, bladder instillations.
Unit: Urology Ambulatory Services
