As a Production Team Lead you will:

• As a team lead, it is your responsibility to inspire and guide operators to meet safety, production, and quality objectives
• You will ensure proper staffing and allocation of resources, collaborating closely with supervisors
• You will also work closely with the quality and engineering departments to promptly address and escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide leadership to operators to achieve daily safety, Quality and Delivery goals
• Responsible for ensuring conformance to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Regularly communicate team performance to employees and management
• Conduct daily team meetings for proper communication and development of the production team
• Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with Management, Engineering and Quality
• Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for the work cell

This is a long term contract opportunity.

The ideal production team lead candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a production Team Lead
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Computer / Cell Phone / Tablet repair knowledge a plus
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Be able to read, write and speak fluent English

Pay Rate: $21 - $22/hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
