Human Resources Administrator

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administrative support for the HR department, with an emphasis on talent acquisition. This includes support with recruitment, internal movement, manage HR data, onboarding and off-boarding of staff and employee engagement, all while providing superior benefits structure collaboration.

  • Employee data is complete, accurate and communicated timely.
  • Applicant and new hire files are complete and compliant.
  • Meaningful relationships are formed with the employees in our care, giving us great insights into the dynamics of the organization.
  • Tasks, initiatives, projects, and deliverables are up to date and prompts for needed discussions and actions are clearly communicated.
  • Partner and collaborate with leadership to provide impactful benefits options for employees
Additional Functions:
  • Assist with additional projects and other duties as assigned by departmental leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Provide Summit front desk backup support as requested.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; human resources or related field preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, Wage and Hour Law, OFCCP, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, problem-solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; HRIS systems experience preferred.

Compensation

    $60,000 - $70,000
