Bilingual Customer Service Representative - ability to speak Spanish and English is REQUIRED for this role

About the Company and Opportunity:

  • CFS is working with one of our favorite clients to identify a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team.
  • This Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is for a successful, well-established manufacturing company, and will join an existing team of three and report to the Customer Service Manager.
  • The Customer Service Representative MUST be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
Overview of the Bilingual Customer Service role:
  • REQUIRED: Ability to English and Spanish fluently
  • Scan and enter customer orders into Microsoft Navision, organize physical and digital files
  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls and take orders from customers
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding order status and order issues
  • Communicate with sales, shipping, and production regarding customer orders, issues, and delays

Preferred Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
  • REQUIRED: Ability to English and Spanish fluently
  • Proficiency/familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive
  • Minimum three years of customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is fully onsite in LaPorte, IN.
The annual salary is between $45,760.00 and $47,840.00 depending on experience.
