We're looking for a full-time Office Coordinator who has a passion for people operations, a background in office administration and a reputation for supporting the company's organizational growth. This role requires working on-site in our Indianapolis office.

Reports to: Nikki Mowery


Employment type: Part-Time Onsite 9am-2pm Monday-Friday


The Office Administrator oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and comprehensive executive support. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives handling a variety of office administration tasks and providing support to leadership. This position is ideal for someone who excels in maintaining a smooth office environment while supporting essential HR functions.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact when answering phone calls. As well as return any calls from the night before.
  • Receive credit card payments over the phone
  • Schedule and coordinate daily jobs for carpet cleaners
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Greet and wait on customers that come into the store front. This includes checking in rugs, tagging them and carrying them if needed.
  • Upkeep on dusting, office décor, birthday celebrations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Must Haves:

  • Experience in office administration, customer service and administrative duties.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Phone skills
  • Capability to learn and work out of multiple computer systems.


  • Office Administration: Familiarity with office administration tasks and handling administrative duties.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Phone Skills: Effective communication skills over the phone.
  • Technical Aptitude: Capability to learn and work with multiple computer systems.
  • Onsite Work: Ability to work onsite in the Lafayette, IN office.


Compensation details: 18-18 Hourly Wage
