Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR team in managing a variety of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices and be adept at handling employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR policies align with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in conflict resolution.
• Assist in the administration of performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in specific industry or sector preferred.
