Responsibilities of the Ledger Clerk:

  • Complete journal entries into the general ledger
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Invoicing and invoice prep
  • Reaching out and checking on timesheet submissions, expense report submissions
  • Reconciliation of account records
  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Preferred qualifications for the Ledger Clerk role:

  • 1+ years of accounting experience
  • Previous experience with data bases such as ERPs or HRIS systems
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with Excel
Salary: $58,250 - $68,250 depending on experience
Please Note: This role is fully onsite and located in New Carlisle, Indiana.
