OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process a high volume of invoices (1000+ per week) accurately and efficiently.
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will conduct weekly check runs and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
