Position Overview: The IT Manager will oversee the company's IT systems and team, ensuring the efficient operation and development of technological resources. This role requires a strong background in C# programming, as the ideal candidate will be involved in both managing IT projects and contributing to software development initiatives. The IT Manager will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to ensure team members stay current with technological advancements.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception through completion, including software development projects utilizing C#.
  • System Administration: Maintain and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Software Development: Collaborate on and contribute to software development efforts using C#, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues. Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or changes to improve efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, procurement, and cost control for technology investments.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that IT systems comply with relevant regulations and security standards. Implement best practices for data protection and system security.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management with a strong background in C# development. Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing complex projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# programming, knowledge of .NET framework, and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server). Familiarity with network administration, cybersecurity practices, and system integration.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
