PIPE INSTALLER JOB AVAILABLE IN SOUTH BEND, IN

Volt is immediately hiring for Pipe Installer in South Bend, IN.

As a Pipe Installer you will be:

  • Operating a variety of standard power tools and equipment in lift station Installation, maintenance, and repair activities on a regular basis.
  • Performing basic installation, maintenance and repair work on Lift station equipment including pumps, controls, lines, valves, motors, and the like.
  • Inspecting, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
  • Assisting with construction and installation projects as assigned.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate work records.
  • Performing all duties in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of quality and safety.
  • Participating in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
  • Using 3rd party software applications entering data to document work performed daily.


This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1-2-years of prior experience with construction or installations preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Possess mechanical skills - basic plumbing, electrical, and construction skills are required.


Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
